Just Chill Pub & Grill sits in a run of units on Highway 99 in Lynnwood — dark navy frontage, red letters, neon in the windows.
What’s behind the door is a proper neighbourhood pub. Twenty-two beers on tap. A kitchen that cooks from nine in the morning until late, and does it from scratch — reviewers keep using the phrase home-cooked, which is about the highest compliment a bar kitchen gets.
There are two pool tables, a wall of DartsLive boards, Golden Tee in the corner, pinball, pull tabs, and screens showing whatever matters that day. Seahawks, Mariners, Kraken, Sounders and Huskies banners hang on the wall, which tells you everything about whose room this is.
The rhythm of the week does the rest. Tacos on Tuesday. Karaoke Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Five-dollar Fireball on Friday. Prime rib every Saturday until it runs out. Kids are welcome in the family section until nine, and the bar keeps going until two in the morning.
It’s not trying to be anything other than the best version of a Lynnwood local. Come in for breakfast, stay for the game, and end up at the dart board.
